After 20+ Years with Phoenixville PD, Goggin Becomes Chesco Detective
Longtime Phoenixville Police officer Tom Goggin was sworn in as a Chester County Detective on Monday.
Longtime Phoenixville Police officer Tom Goggin was sworn in as a Chester County Detective on Monday, The Unionville Times is reporting.
Goggin, who was with the borough for over two decades, took the oath alongside state trooper James F. Ciliberto.
“Detectives Ciliberto and Goggin have demonstrated their abilities over the years, and they know Chester County backwards and forwards,” said District Attorney Tom Hogan.
“With their addition, the Chester County Detectives will continue to work with law enforcement across the county to keep Chester County a safe place to live, work, and raise a family.”
