“We’re looking at speed to be the primary thing,” an East Pikeland officer said.

The Chester County Serious Accident Investigation Team was called in to help with the investigation. Police said charges are unlikely in the crash, though that’s pending an investigation.

Schuylkill Road was closed for seven hours Saturday in the wake of the crash.
