New Italian Restaurant Coming to Phoenixville
Dominic's Italian Ristorante is prepping to open up shop in town.
Dominic's Italian Ristorante is scheduled to open in early April, taking over the former spot of creole restaurant Daddy Mims, according to Philly.com.
The Italian restaurant is the newest project of John Mims—owner of Daddy Mims and currently helping manage The Columbia Hotel—and partner Dominic Gammaro.
According to Philly.com, the new Italian restaurant will be "decorated like an old church" and will specialize in pasta dishes. An opening date of April 4 has been scheduled, reports Philly.com.

Gates in New Canaan is awesome but expensive. Giovani's on the border of Darien & Stamford has always been good

It will nice to have another nice Italian Cuisine restaurant in town..I love Frank's Restarante' as I think he has the best pizza in town. I love to come in to the area with my friends for a great slice or two. Great pasta dishes are my fav. I love Sicilian cooking like my grandma used to make. Can't wait to see the menu when it opens!!!

Anyone know what's moving into the old La Taverna/Frank's space at Bull Tavern? The "for sale" sign is gone and somebody's been fixing it up, painting the exterior today. Such a great old building...
