the Original Pretzel and Dog Cafe'. My kids and I like hanging out there, they like the old pictures, and of course the dog's and the ice cream.

Petrucci's, hands down. John has been giving back to the community for so many years. Best of Luck to him in the future.

Alcyone Blooms- they are a doula service in the Phoenixville area. They are new but much needed around here!

Flippin' Pizza!! Awesome food - awesome service.....always donates to Phoenixville Area School District functions and I am sure many more that I am unaware of.This is just a great place to eat and Bobby Tedesco is just a fantastic person!!

Amy Barto and Barto's Pool and Spa. The Barto family has been consistently and quietly giving back to the Phoenixville area for years.

There are several businesses that come to mind, but only one that meets all of the criteria for the nomination: Phoenixville Federal Bank & Trust. Phoenixville Federal has been a cornerstone of the Phoenixville community for nearly 100 years – that’s longevity. And when it comes to charitable giving, there is hardly an event or an organization that isn’t touched by the generous support of this fine bank. Their involvement goes far beyond the monetary, as many of their employees are leaders in the community, serving throughout the years on the board of directors for the hospital, Chamber, Library, Kiwanis, and Rotary, as well as serving as Sunday School teachers, Boy Scout Leaders, Youth Sports League coaches, Meals on Wheels… I could go on and on. Innovation, customer service and quality of service/product can be measured by the vast number of small businesses in our community that came to Phoenixville Federal when they needed help starting out and needed someone to believe in them. From small business loans, to building and land mortgages, to capital campaign lead gifts, so many entrepreneurial dreams came true with a little bit of help from this true community bank.

Meadow Brook Golf Club. This locally owned golf course has been welcoming the community and it's visitors since 1933.

Hipster Home. The area’s best home good store. It will be sorely missed when they move.

Molly MacGuire's. Great food and the wait staff was friendly and professional! Have recommended to everyone I know. The place to stop when your in Phoenixville.

My favorite is Franco Ristorante, the best in Italian food, especially Frank's homemade Lasagna. Frank has also furnished gratuitous food service to our community for many years for which I'm quite thankful. Peace! ~ Emmett Gruici

I'd like to nominate Virtual Farm Creative. VFC donates hundreds of pro bono hours and financial contributions a year to worthy causes including TEDxPhoenixville, the Harry Kalas Memorial Statue, Camphill Kimberton, Green Valleys Association, the Colonial Theatre, Phoenixville Area Business Association, St. Mary's Francscian Shelter, OJR Education Foundation, OJR Athletic Association and many more.

For over 12 years VFC has provided the community with award-winning advertising, design, copy writing, and web development – making our region's business and non-profit community more competitive and attractive.

The entrepreneurs that started Virtual Farm Creative are truly interested in making Phoenixville a better place to live, work and play. I've experienced that first hand working with them on projects for The Colonial Theatre and TEDxPhoenixville, both of which have benefited greatly from VFC's creativity, professionalism, energy and generosity.

I'd like to nominate Jennifer Daywalt from Re/Max Results. She's a hard working Realtor who does anything it takes to get you're house sold, or to find you a house. She's devoted to her clients, and the community. She works all year round at all hours of the night, almost all of her clients are happy, and she puts up with a lot of things. She's an amazing entreprenur and she does everything it takes to make her clients happy and does an amzing job at the work she gets. She's got a happy attitude and a smile on her face for everything no matter how hard it gets. She's a wonderful realtor and a devotaed mother.
