Police: Man, Asleep at Wheel, Arrested on Cocaine, Heroin Charges
Police say he had almost 100 bags of narcotics in his possession.
A Douglasville man in possession of almost 100 bags of cocaine and heroin was busted in Phoenixville on Friday after he fell asleep at the wheel of his car while stopped at an intersection, police say.
Aaron Tyler Heck, 21, was charged with two felony counts of possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, two counts each of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and intent to deliver drug paraphernalia, and an additional count of parking illegally at an intersection.
According to court documents, on December 7 at 12:21 a.m., a Phoenixville Police officer observed Heck asleep at the wheel of his Nissan Sentra at the intersection of St. Mary’s Street and Marshall Street. A vehicle behind Heck was flashing their lights and honking at him in an unsuccessful attempt to wake him up.
The officer left his vehicle and saw that Heck’s vehicle was still in drive and his foot was on the brake.
When the officer turned off the vehicle and woke Heck up, the man furtively shoved a clear plastic baggie in his pocket. The officer removed the baggie and found that it contained what he believed to be 60 bags of heroin and 36 bags of crack cocaine. Subsequent lab work confirmed this suspicion.
The suspect also had $163 and two cell phones in his possession.
Aaron Heck was arrested, arraigned, and released from Chester County Prison on $7,500 bail. He faces preliminary hearing on December 13.

Kids today.
I just dont undrstand than ,where did all the drugs come from. Its not like it is a little bit of pot.It was 60 bags of heroin and 36 bags of crack cocaine.I think that is a whole lot. But what do i know. It kind of looks like it could be like dealing. Yes? maybe?
