East Pikeland Police arrested a Phoenixville man on suspicion of DUI this week and charged his passenger with underage drinking, the department is reporting.

On December 13 at 1 a.m., Tyler J. Beck, 19, of the 1200 block of Harrison Avenue, Phoenixville, was charged after being stopped for a motor violation on the 500 block of Kimberton Road.

Beck failed a field sobriety test and was released pending a hearing at a later date and time.

Additionally, Beck’s passenger, Christopher Rudisill, 18, was cited for underage drinking.
