- Phoenixville Area School District schools and offices
- Phoenixville Borough government offices
- Trash and recycling pickup
- Phoenixville Pulbic Library
- Banks
- Post offices
- State wine and spirits shops
- FedEx and UPS services
- Chester County offices and courts
- Most restaurants
