A 20-year-old Delaware County man is facing felony statutory rape charges for having sex with a 14-year-old Phoenixville teen. According to an affidavit of probable cause filed in the court case, the two met through an online dating service. Police say that teen initiated contact with Alexander Stinger of Upper Darby through the website back in "July/August 2012." According to police, the girl told Stinger that she was 14 and "Stinger told her that he did not care about her age."
