2013 Upper Providence 9-10 Year Old District 27 Champions

The 2013 9-10 Year Old All Star Team from Upper Providence Little League won the Pennsylvania District 27 Championship game against Radnor-Wayne on Wednesday night, July 10. The Upper Providence boys came from behind, down 4-0 in the 4th inning, to win 9-5. This is the second year in a row this team of talented 10 year olds captured the District 27 Championship title. They move on to Sectionals during the week of July 15, and the games will be held in Coventry. There are 32 districts in Pennsylvania that are organized into 8 sections. Presently, there are 32 district winners that are all competing in sections. The winners of those 8 sections will then advance to the PA State Tournament.
