OLA to Host Brett Illig: Integrating Sports into Faith

On Wednesday, January 29, 2014, Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Strafford, PA will be hosting Brett Illig, a former professional baseball player and founder/director of Message of Hope Foundation: Integrating Sports into Faith. Brett will speak about his lessons and experiences of integrating faith into sports. This event is free and open to the public.  Parents and coaches of school-aged athletes may especially find his message to be relevant.  Light refreshments will be served beginning at 6:30pm in the Parish Hall on 35 Old Eagle School Rd, Strafford, PA.
