Fairview Village is also ENERGY STAR® Certified, which is achieved by using ENERGY STAR appliances, water saving devices and solar panels, reducing energy and water heating costs for Fairview Village.

“Fairview Village would not have been possible without the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, our country’s main tool for creating affordable housing and a great example of how the public and private sector can work together efficiently to strengthen our communities, create jobs and empower residents to thrive,” added Dambly.
