Ad Claims Selling Beer in Pa. Grocery Stores Will Kill Kids

The ad was paid for by the union representing employees of Pennsylvania's state-run liquor stores.

Selling beer in grocery stores leads to the death of children?

An ad by UFCW PA Wine and Spirits Council that has begun airing around the state claims just that, and more.

The group represents the employees of Pennsylvania's state-run liquor stores. The union spent $300,000 on the spot, PennLive reports.

The ad claims that the desire to sell alcohol in additional places in Pennsylvania is "greed, pure and simple."

And "it only takes a little bit of greed to kill a child."

Watch the ad above, and tell us in the comments, what do you think about selling beer in grocery and convenience stores?
