Dogwood Festival Brings Out Big Smiles, Fun
Phoenixville's annual Dogwood Festival draws big crowds, brings out big smiles.
The Phoenixville Dogwood Festival wraps up with big final day Saturday from noon until 10 p.m. at Reeves Park.
Saturday's schedule features the annual parade which runs just under a mile, starting on the North side, over the bridge, and down bridge street bridge street before turning right and going up Main Street to Reeves Park.
