Healthy Eating for Families "On the Go"

I am pleased to host this event with Paoli Hospital at Wegmans in Malvern.  Wegmans' chef will demonstrate how to prepare healthy snack and meal options for your family and offer free samplings.  Judy Matusky, a nutrition specialist with Paoli Hospital will speak about the importance of healthy eating for families with active lifestyles.
