Take Your Child To The Library Day

  • When: Saturday, Feb. 2 at 9 a.m.
  • Where: Phoenixville Public Library
  • Why Go: Bring your kids to the library!  They can sign up for their own free library card (with parental ID) or use the card they already have to borrow an item.  They will receive a Take Your Child to the Library bookmark and there will be one free media rental per family (of a DVD movie or a video game or a book on CD) for those who visit (available in the Children's Department only)
  • Cost: Free

Oldies Dance

  • When: Saturday, Feb. 2 from 8 - 11 p.m.
  • Where: Polish American Citizen's Club 328 High St, Phoenixville
  • Why Go: Put your dancing shoes on and come dance the night away to the sounds of Shake, Rattle and Soul, as they play your favorite songs from the 50's, 60's and 70's. All are welcome.  Drinks are cheap.
  • Cost: $5

Groundhog Day

  • When: Saturday, Feb. 2 at 2 p.m.
  • Where: Colonial Theatre
  • Why Go: Enjoy Bill Murray at his finest in Groundhog Day, the 1993 comedy - where every day is Groundhog Day. 
  • Cost: $9

Winter Carnival and Open House

  • When: Saturday, Feb. 2 from 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Where:Montgomery School, 1141 Kimberton Road, Chester Springs
  • Why Go:Explore the school and let the kids have fun with carnival games, food, balloon animals and the KYW Kidscast News Van.
  • Cost: Free

Bingo

  • When: Friday, Feb. 1 at 630 p.m.
  • Where: Polish American Citizen's Club 328 High St, Phoenixville
  • Why Go: Come play Bingo ever Friday night at the Polish American Citizens Club.  Doors open at 4pm and bingo starts at 6:30pm.  This is open to the public. We will also have food for sale.  For more information call (484) 687-3000
  • Cost: Packages start are $12, $15 and $18.
