East Pikeland Township

The following information comes from the East Pikeland Township website.

The public works crew will pick up trees curbside from now through Jan. 20, or residents can bring ornament- and tinsel-free trees to the Yard Waste Recycling Center on Rapps Dam Road from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Don’t wrap the tree in plastic, and don’t place the tree curbside on your trash pick-up day.

Upper Providence Township

Thanks to the compost site in the township, you can recycle your tree. Take undecorated trees to the township building during regular hours, or stop by the compost site on Longford Road between now and Jan. 31 to have your tree recycled. It's an eco-friendly option for your tree disposal needs.

Schuylkill Township

Residents must talk to their private haulers to see when the trees can be picked up.
