Meet Niko, Our Rescue Pet of the Week

Foster mom Jennifer writes: 

"Niko is a 2-year-old male Jack Russell. 

"True to his breed, he has a lot of energy and absolutely loves going for walks and playing ball. He has not met a dog he hasn’t liked–even when they don’t feel the same about him. 

"Niko has been diagnosed with a neurological disorder that causes him to spin whenever he gets anxious. This does not in any way affect his ability to live a long and happy life. 

"His first home decided to give him up for adoption after keeping him crated for a majority of the day due to their work schedules. Niko’s perfect home would be cat-free, but he should have access to other dogs as he really enjoys their company. 

"He is neutered, up to date on shots and ready to love his human family with all his heart. Will you give him a chance to shine?"
