The 2013 Firebird Festival went on despite the frigid, wet conditions. Here's a look at what you missed when they torched the bird.
The crowds were dampened in a bitter, freezing cold snow, sleet and freezing rain storm. But for the people who did make the trek to the top of the hill, it was a sight to see.
