Thousands flocked to Phoenixville Saturday to watch hundreds of people march, drive, walk and dance their way over the river, down bridge street, and up Main Street to Reeves Park.
The rain held off until just after the Dogwood Queen and her court passed the reviewing stand at the end of the parade.
