The Phoenixville Recreation Department and Communities That Care teamed up with Phoenix Village Art Center to present a family night out on Friday. 

Themed "Art in the Park," the event featured various craft stations for kids. An award for Father of the Month was also presented. 

The recreation department will also host a Father's Day event for the 16th year in a row. That will be held on Sun., June 19 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Reservoir Park.
