Get the kids decked out in their costumes and come on down to this free Halloween party sponsored by the Phoenixville Kiwanis.
The event will feature a Halloween Parade of costumes across the stage, special guests, and a showing of the children’s film “Fraggle Rock.” Children attending will receive a bag of Halloween Treats at the end of the party.
All kids must be accompanied by a parent or other adult.
