Monday is Last Day to Buy PACS 'Murder Mystery' Tickets

Solve a murder mystery for a good cause.

You are invited to enjoy an evening of crime solving drama and laughs, great food and fun on Friday, March 15 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Rivercrest Golf Club & Preserve. Phoenixville Area Community Services (PACS) is hosting its 6th Annual Murder Mystery Comedy Dinner Event to raise funds in support of the agency’s mission of service to the community.

PACS is very grateful to this year’s major sponsors: Platinum – Gregory Powers, CFP, John Ungerman, CFP and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans; Gold – Knights of Columbus – St. Basil’s Council; Silver – Barto Pool & Spa, Phoenixville Federal Bank & Trust, Phoenixville Hospital, Matthew B. Naegle, MD, Elaine Barto and Peter and Elizabeth Fifer.

PACS also appreciates the generous donation of time and talents from the actors from Phoenixville’s own Forge Theatre who will entertain guests with their performance of Media Murder.

In Media Murder, TV moguls Max and Maggie Burdock host a reception to launch their new TV channel MBC. Not everyone is happy with the news and as tempers flare, murder interrupts the festivities. Humor and mystery will keep the audience guessing at who committed the crime.  Whoever cracks the case will win a prize!

The ticket price of $75 includes hors d’oeuvres, choice of 3 entrees, dinner, dessert, non alcoholic beverages and the show. The silent auction will feature items for varied tastes and budgets, including a vacation getaway at choice of locations and a Phillies Hall of Fame Club Box package with 4 tickets and preferred parking

The final day to purchase tickets is Monday, March 11. For tickets and information, go to the “Events” page at www.pacsphx.org or call PACS at 610-933-1105.

The release was submitted by Phoenixville Area Community Services.
