Why Go: Come check out this popular band for free right in the heart of Phoenixville. Settle into the seats at Reeves Park and take in the show. The rain date is Aug. 22. The summer music series is sponsored by Phoenixville Federal Bank and Trust.

Why Go: You have to register to get the location where a group will meet up and chow down, all while discussing spirits in the park. The event is run by Bender Healing in Phoenixville.

Why Go: Come join a group for a thoughtful discussion on human language, communication and isolation. This is part of World Café, a model encouraging open discussion on profound topics.

Why Go: Come get the kids spruced up for the new school year and help out Get Well Gabby, raising money for 5-year-old Gabby Vogel, who is battling inoperable brain cancer. Be sure to make an appointment. All proceeds go to Get Well Gabby.
