A Sure Sign Summer's Coming to Phoenixville
April showers don't stop crews from posting a sign that a rite of spring and summer is coming this weekend.
Nothing says warm spring and summer weather like First Fridays in Phoenixville.
A sure sign of the season sprung up on the grass along Bridge Street at the end of Starr St/PA 29 as a crew lit up the portable sign announcing that "First Friday is Back!! May 3"
