Kimberton Whole Foods Pulls Raw Milk From Shelves

The Chester County Health Department requested the action, according to the organic grocer.

Kimberton Whole Foods has pulled raw milk from its shelves, the company announced Friday. The move came in response to a request from the Chester County Health Department, the organic grocery store wrote on its Facebook page

Chester County Department of Health has requested KWF pull raw milk products from our shelves until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check our website and social media venues for updates as to when these products will be available.

Kimberton Whole Foods operates four stores in the region, with a fifth scheduled to open in Malvern Borough in 2013.
