Last Minute Christmas One Stop Shop

Yeager's Farm lets you shop local and support local farmers without the mall traffic and hassles.

It's Christmas Eve and if December 24th snuck up on you (or you just love the rush of last minute shopping), there's one place where you can shop small-shop local for decorations, gifts, food and even a tree.

Yeager's Farm and market has everything Christmas this time of year, with about 4 acres of live trees on two tracts of land and a store stocked wll to wall with everything Christmas.

According to the Yeager's Farm website you can cut down your own tree at $9/foot until dusk (although you might want to go as early in the day as possible on Christmas Eve) or you can buy a pre-cut tree at prices starting at $40. Each of the more than 30,000 trees on the tree farm is literally maintained by hand all year round.  They are trimmed for shape and tapered by hand with shears and Christmas Tree Tape (yes, that is an actual kind of tape) to ensure that each tree has a perfectly-pointed top for your star, angel or other tree-topping decoration.

Inside the market store at 1015 Pike Springs Road (Route 113), Phoenixville you can find almost anything you'll need to decorate your house or to take as a hostess/host gift to your Christmas party.  Decorations, jams, jellies, candides, cards and holiday gifts.

It's easy to find too, just look for the fields of Christmas trees on Route 113.
