Phoenixville Resident Has Tough Time With T-Mobile

One of our bloggers hit a snag trying to get her phone serviced.

Phoenixville blogger "P-ville resident forever" had a somewhat disheartening run-in with one area business. Check it out, in her own words:

On Tuesday, I went to the store to replace a broken phone on our family plan of 4 … I found the phone I wanted … cost: $212.00. I questioned if it was new and about the packaging, as it was a post office box and not the manufacturers. Kyle Parker, manager and claimed owner, stated it was new.

I brought it home, went to charge it, it wasn't charging. I tried different  adapters and outlets. I took it back 3 hours later, received an exchange from the reluctant manager.
