The catfish Po'Boy is just one of the Creole specialties at Fenice Creolo in the Village of Éland Shopping Center on Kimberton Road in Phoenixville.
The Creole-Italian fusion restaurant won approval for a liquor license from the Borough in July and now is waiting for final approval from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. The restaurant owners are expecting that to happen in the near future.
In the meantime the restaurant is operating as a BYOB.
