Good Food with Meridith-Jam:  An interactive cooking show starring Meridith Ridington that places emphasis on healthy eating and healthy living. The show offers direction to both experienced and inexperienced cooks through the use of entertaining, live cooking. In this episode, Meridith creates homemade jam.
