UPDATE: Flood Warning Canceled for Valley Creek
According to the National Weather Service, Valley Creek is the most likely to flood.

Valley Creek crested below flood stage earlier this evening, according to the National Weather Service, and the flood warning has been canceled.

After weather fit for a duck all day, the National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a flood warning for urban areas and small streams in Chester County.
The warning will expire at 10 p.m. and was issued as heavy bands of rain move through the area. Shortly before 6 p.m., the bands of rain caused significant rises in creeks in the central and eastern portions of Chester County, according to the warning.

"While most of the heavier rain is through, what has already fallen has to move through the waterways," the warning states. "Valley Creek is the most likely creek to flood, but other smaller ungaged creeks might also flood."
A flood watch is also in effect for the area until midnight tonight.
