So it was in Phoenixville on Sunday afternoon, as the thousands who came out to see “Peggy,” the three-legged returning champion of the Sly Fox Goat Race, defend her title didn’t leave disappointed.

For the second straight year, Team Peggy took gold. Crowd: wild. Beers: emptied. Weather: cloudy.
