Kiwanis Club Keeps Entertaining in Summer's Dog Days

The group has a slate of performers lined up.

Summer entertainment for children, sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Phoenixville, continues to feature a wide array of entertainers. 

This Saturday’s program will feature vocalist and keyboard artist Bruce Fagan. The August 18 entertainer will be “Pokie-Poke the Jongleur,” a talented musician and juggler. On Saturday, August 25, the “Amazing Vindini” will entertain with a fascinating mix of magic, comedy and juggling. The summer entertainment series concludes on Saturday, September 1 with musician Mike Schuler who will perform with guitar and several other musical instruments.

All shows begin at 10:30 a.m. at the Kiwanis Children’s Plaza located between 217 and 219 Bridge Streets in Phoenixville. All shows are free and provided by the Kiwanis Club as a gift to the children of Phoenixville and their families. In the event of rain, programs will be held at the nearby Village Art Center, 207 Bridge Street.
