Phoenixville Shelter Gets Christmas Gifts from Metal Shop

For the second straight year, TW Metals gave the residents of Good Samaritan Shelter Christmas gifts.

The following was provided by Good Samaritan Shelter.

TW Metals of Exton, PA has generously donated Christmas gifts to the residents of the Good Samaritan Shelter in Phoenixville. This is the second year that the employees of TW Metals have purchased presents for residents of the Shelter.  The residents wrote a wish list of items and the employees of TW Metals responded in a very generous manner.

Since 2002 the Good Samaritan Shelter has been serving the needs of homeless men in the greater Phoenixville area. Today, the organization owns 5 buildings on High St. and provides shelter and services to over 100 men annually.

“The holidays can be a difficult time for the people we serve. For many, it’s a time to be with family and share gifts. For those experiencing homelessness this can be a tough time. For TW Metals to once again provide presents for our residents is a tremendous encouragement to all of us. They are helping to put smiles on a lot of faces. We are so grateful for their support,” said Nate Hoffer, Executive Director of the Good Samaritan Shelter.
