Meet Flicker, a baby Beagle mix is available for adoption. Dana of Phoenix Animal Rescue shared the following:
Flicker is a 3-month-old Beagle mix puppy who is just the cutest thing ever! Flicker is full of life and zest, but she also loves to be showered with attention and love from her human friends.

She has lived with dogs and cats and seems to love everyone she meets. She is very outgoing and has been waiting for a home since she came to us at a few weeks of age. Her mom was dumped at an overcrowded city shelter, in a cardboard box, with her newborn babies.
Flicker is now spayed, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccines, has been dewormed and is patiently waiting for a home to call her own.
