Though cloudy and a bit chilly, the dog park was still a hot spot on a Sunday afternoon.
Phoenixville Patch headed to Reservoir Dogs! Park in Phoenixville Sunday to catch pups frolicking, getting a few snacks and relaxing. The off-leash park is located at Fillmore Street and Franklin Avenue.
