Volunteers Give HOPE at Phoenixville Hospital
The group donated craft packets for kids getting emergency treatment at the hospital.
Members of the H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Everyday) Team at Christ Church of the Valley recently donated craft packets for children who receive care at Phoenixville Hospital’s Emergency Department, according to hospital public relations director Lori Cunningham.
The packets included crayons, stickers, Play-Doh and other fun items that are designed to take the young patients minds off what can be a stressful experience.
