The Clinic is now located in the former rectory of St Peter’s Episcopal Church in Phoenixville. The Rectory was constructed in the 1880s and served as the rectory until the early 1990s when maintenance costs for the old building became too expensive for the church to support.

For a time in the 1990s it was used as a shelter for homeless people, but without appropriate supervision, it became a 'trouble spot.' Windows were cracked, and the back lawn was ripped up by youngsters on bicycles. There was a possibility the building would have to be demolished.

Instead of demolition, Dr. Lorna Stuart and Reverend Marie Swayze raised funds to restore the abandoned rectory, and in exchange, St. Peter's leases the building to The Clinic for $1 per year.
