These buildings were part of Maple Lawn Farm located on Route 113 near Pothouse Road. Maple Lawn Farm was owned by Harry Rhodes, who ran a horse auction from the wooden building attached to the barn. Although the auction building is gone, the barn still stands and is now a commercial building, part of the Maple Lawn Village Shopping Center.

The farmhouse to the left of the barn was renovated and stands behind the Kimberton Shoppes.
