Beginners Interval

Designed to help you work your way up to a full interval program such as tabatha or HiIT.  For people who haven't exercised in a long time.  This is a small group class so you have more personal attention from the instructor.


Monday and Thursday is from 4:30 to 5:00 and Saturday is from 11:30 to noon.  You must commit to all twelve classes to get to the place you need to get...


Interval training is now been shown to be most effective in burning fat.  In 20 mintues you could get the same effect as an hour of activity.
