Whether you are a seasoned meditator, or just beginning, you will benefit from these classes.  Each month, we will explore different meditation practices and journeying experiences that will enhance and support your own personal healing process.

Meditation is a powerful tool that brings benefit to every area of our lives.  Meditation alleviates stress, strengthens the energy system, improves mental focus, enhances physical and emotional health, reduces anxiety, and facilitates deeper connection with our soul and with the divine.  Meditation is a tool of infinite possibility.

Classes held on 3rd Wednesdays at 7:00p.m. at the Healing Arts Studio.  Each class is approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
