YOUTH SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS CLASSESMovement Skills classes are the foundation of teaching athletes how to move properly in a athletic environment. Coordination, self-confidence and proper movement mechanics are the keys to this program. Designed for athletes 8 - 12 years of age, the SAQ skills classes offer game-play, jumping, kicking, throwing, space awareness, team play and imagery to facilitate growth in all areas of neural development. SAQ is the foundation for our advanced Speed Strength and Power programs.
• Athletic movements training (running, stopping, jumping, throwing, kicking)• Spatial awareness (drills using visual/verbal cues to enhance reaction time)• Sports environment teaching (positive play in non-‐competitive atmosphere)
