Little Sprouts Nature Class - Winter Wildlife

Ages 3-5.

They’re naturally fun! Join educators
from Green Valleys Watershed Association for this class that includes hands-on
activities, a story, and a take-home craft.

Details: January 10 – Winter Wildlife Through sensory activities and a craft to feed our local birds, you’ll discover the many ways different animals survive the cold.

There are four classes - you can register for one, two, or all of them. Other

dates include:



February 14: Creature Coats and Coverings Why do animals have different colors, textures and patterns? Our puppet friends and examination of furs shells and skins will help us find out the answers.



March 14: Animal Tales Through interactive stories and creation of your own storybook, learn about some animals that live around us.

April 11: Things with Wings Birds, bees and butterflies all have these useful things – use different tools to discover the ways they use their wings!





Caregivers must stay with children and are welcome to bring non-participating

siblings. Program supplies limited to participating children, ages 3 to 5.
