Happy Mardi Gras! Cooking Spotlight Owner Vicky will show you how to make a New Orleans Mardi Gras feast you will be talking about for weeks. Join her this ‘Fat Tuesday’ to learn how delicious authentic Cajun and Creole food can be with three new dishes.
This is a demonstration class with partial audience participation. Although this class focus is on adult-cooking, teens with a genuine interest in learning are welcome.
Wine can be purchased by glass or bottle for those over 21 years.
