Historic Yellow Springs joins with The Mill at Anselma in An Evening of Wine, Champagne and Chocolate  on Saturday, February 11, 7 to 10 p.m. in The Washington at Historic Yellow Springs.   We welcome you to this special Valentine event featuring wines from all   over the world matched with local cheese and chocolates.

Come   and taste red wines from South America, Italy and Australia; white   wines from France, Spain and California; sparkling wines from New Mexico   and dessert wines from Australia. These will be paired with the   complementary cheese or chocolate, many from local producers right here   in Chester County!

Bring your loved one for a fun night of   tasting and learning and a chance to win a basket with bottles of all of   the wines featured. Other gifts are also planned. Don’t miss this   chance to spend a romantic night with your special someone in the   village of Historic Yellow Springs.

The cost is $50 per person   with a limited number of tickets available. Tickets can be purchased at   the Mill, HYS or online at www.yellowsprings.org
