Whitey Rigsby -Director of Development for Athletics

 

Whitey Rigsby Director of Development for Athletics for Villanova University has been working to raise support and visibility for Villanova's athletic programs since The V Club was established in January 2000. First serving as Director of the V Club and now serving as Director of Development for Athletics, he is responsible for developing relationships and increasing resources for the University's athletic programs.

He was a three-year starter for the men's basketball while a student at Villanova and graduated in 1978 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. Whitey is a member of the Villanova Varsity Club Hall of Fame and has served as the "Voice of Wildcat Basketball" on the radio since 1980.
