Phoenixville is one of the best places to raise a young family in Pennsylvania, according to a new ranking on the website nerdwallet.
The survey looked at several factors in including the quality of local schools, affordability and past&present economic growth. Phoenixville came in third out of the top 15 reported by nerdwallet.
