Pumpkinfest Wants You
There's a lot of opportunity for people and businesses who like to have a lot of fun.
Phoenixville's popular and fast-growing Pumpkinfest is looking for businesses intersted in taking part in fun events during the festival which is set for October 26 on Main and Bridge Streets.
According to Event Coordinator Kristin Pesnell registration has now been extended to allow more area businesses a chance to get in on the fun and reach new customers. According to an announcement posted on Phoenixville Patch registration for the Restaurant Race, the Business Race & The Best Pumpkin Dish has opened back up till October 20th. The Pumpkinfest organizers are also looking for:
- Pumpkin Derby Racers (this is some wild fun that is open to anyone)
- Best Pumpkin Dish contestants (See comment below for details)
- "Amateur" pumpkin carving contests
- Pumpkin Painting Contest
- "Expert" pumpkin carvers for a special competition
