House Hunt: Six Open Houses This Weekend

Check out the open houses in Phoenixville this weekend.

There are 6 open houses scheduled for the weekend of Feb. 16-17 in  Phoenixville, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

One of the area's most expensive houses that is showing this weekend is located at 323 Morris Street in Phoenixville, and is listed for $289,900.

Homebuyers might want to check out 240 1st Avenue in Phoenixville, which is listed at $125,000.

The owners also own Dany's Diner formerly the Paoli Diner, so this will not be their first…Read More successful venture. The area where La Taverna was situated has been remodeled & opened up into a Sports Bar with multiple big screen televisions, a dining area, a spot for live entertainment, as well as umbrella-ed tables for outdoor dining. A full menu is available in the bar during the diner's operating hours and scales down into a bar menu with a fine selection. Currently, the establishment is at the mercy of Harrisburg & patiently awaiting the transfer of the liquor license. As you enter through the main doors under the portico, you are greeted by friendly hostesses & the most scrumptious desserts one has ever seen. The baking is done in house and the portions are enormous for the price. A coffee bar is open during the morning hours for those on the go. Taking the place of the exercise room one can now enjoy a full diner menu with breakfast served ALL day long. The menu also includes tasty Greek delicacies including spinach pie and pastichio. For a new establishment with a new wait staff & cooks, the food was served hot & was absolutely delicious. All of the servers were extremely efficient & friendly considering the pace at which the diner filled up. Cash & credit are accepted. Also heard that there will be rooms available for business meeting, private dinners, & small parties! Perfect location with parking, delicious food, & friendly staff/owners!
