Unger Chevrolet was located at 450-452 West Bridge St. when it opened in 1922.

The family-owned car dealership operated in Phoenixville for 66 years. Founded by Calvin Unger, the business moved to Nutt Road in 1948. The family sold Unger Chevrolet to Kelly Management Company in 1988. 

Kelly continues to operate at the Nutt Road location. The original building stands today and is occupied by Nudy’s Cafe.
