Diane Carlson, 68, died of breast cancer on November 30 in her home, the Philadelphia Inquirer is reporting.
Carlson came to Phoenixville by way of Minneapolis, and made her mark in the area as a businesswoman and community activist.
A memorial service for Carlson is scheduled for December 15 at 2 p.m., at the Imago Dei Metropolitan Community Church, 1223 Middletown Rd., Glen Millls.
